Healthy Eyes

Many people do not realize the problems with glare when driving at night are a symptom of cataracts. Or if they do, they do understand that their are steps short of surgery they can take to ameliorate the situation. Polarized glasses only treats the symptom, when one should be more concerned about preventing the condition from getting worse. Always remember that driving can be a very dangerous activity when some people on the road around you are blinded by glare. Remember these options. Consult an eyecare professional. Use CAN-C eyedrops. Eat the proper nutrients your eyes need. Clean your windshields and glasses. Perhaps polarized glasses might help until you get your eyes fixed. Finally there is cataract surgery.

This video gives a somewhat misleading idea of how CAN-C eyedrops work. Their beneficial effects occur through a somewhat different mechanism. Carnosine and histamine are bad for the eyes, but CAN-C is good. Carnosine and histamine levels in the viteous humor do not increase with its use.

Good nutrition is also needed for healthy eyes.
